Liquid S2, the first Smartphone Capable of Recording 4K Video Announced by Acer

The Acer Liquid S2 was announced officially today by the Taiwanese company and it will be presented at IFA 2013. This Android running smartphone stands out from the crowd with its 4k video recording capability, being the first device of this kind.
The 4K means that the Liquid S2 is capable of recording video clips in a massive 3,840 pixels x 2,160  pixels resolution, almost twice the resolution of 1080p HD.
Along with this huge resolution, the Acer Liquid S2 sports a massive 6 inches wide  full HD IPS touch screen and runs on the state of the art Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 system on chip.
The monstrous 6” screen has a native resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, the camera is a 13 Megapixels shooter with a LED flash, ans the processor is a quad core unit clocked at 2.2 GHz; the phone comes  with 2 GB of RAM and only 16 GB of internal memory (this is a little disappointing, you must keep in mind that those 4k video clips are huge in size, almost 25 times bigger than  the current HD ones). The battery has a capacity of  3300 mAh  and the smart phone is 4G LTE compatible. All these are the trademarks of a high end device.
